A magnificent day for golf, warm, sunny, light breeze and hard running fairways, saw 152 players take part in the 4BBB Open.

The best score was 49pts by the home team of Richard Gould and William Marcham, scoring an incredible 27 points on the front nine, which included 2 two's.  Leading visitors were Colin Price and Kevin Thorne (Upavon GC) with 48 points.  Well balance with 24 points on each half.

Second visitors were Andrew Privett and Mark Smith (Yeovil GC), 47 points and second Wells team was Tony Baker and Clive Gadd with 46 points. Tony Baker,an early starter, held on to his very close 'nearest the pin' on the 17th all day.

Third members were Toby and Steve Clark, 46 points and third visitors were Simon Chandler and Liam Romanillos (Rushmore GC), also with 46 points.  Fourth prize went to Peter Walker and Ian Burr (Wells GC) with 46 points.

10th - Mike Jaques (Coed-y-Mwstwr) , 
17th  - Tony Baker (Wells)

There were 27 'Two's', however only 20 entered the sweepstake. Chris Bettinson (Mendip GC) had two.
