When playing hole 18, a ball coming to rest beyond the white posts to the right of the hole is Out of Bounds.
To identify if a ball is OOB see 18.2a(2)
When playing hole 16, although there is no OOB, the white posts are Boundary objects. Boundary objects are treated as immovable even if they are movable or any part of them is movable (see Rule 8.1a) .
Hint: Move the ball not the post
For relief from the RPA to the left of holes 13 & 14, as an additional option to relief Rule 17.1, relief may be taken at an equidistant point on the opposite side of the RPA. ( Model Local Rule B-2.1)
Model Local Rule B-2.1

Limits on Location of Relief Area:
Penalty for Playing Ball from a Wrong Place in Breach of Local Rule: General Penalty Under Rule 14.7a
Immovable Obstruction (Path) Hole 14.
Explanation
There is a defined area of the path indicated by white lines where an additional option has been introduced to the local rules to allow for a fairer relief option. The area defined is between the start of the fairway to approximately 100 yards from the green. Outside of this area, standard relief options are available.
The reference point for relief is the right edge of the path, at a point equidistance from the hole as the original lie of the ball. The relief area (drop zone) is two club lengths from the reference point not nearer the hole. The ball when dropped, must remain in the relief area and you must have full relief from the path (not stood on it). The rule, as allowed by the appropriate MLR in the committee procedures section of the rule book, is written below.
Rule
MLR E-1.2 has been modified to read;

As an extra option, the player may take free relief by dropping the original ball or another ball in the dropping zone which is defined as two club lengths, not nearer the hole, from a point at the right hand edge of the path equidistance from the hole as the lie of the original ball. The dropping zone is a relief area under Rule 14.3.
Penalty for Playing Ball from a Wrong Place in Breach of Local Rule: General Penalty Under Rule 14.7a."
